Hi, and welcome to my shop.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions about my bags.  

I do custom orders, but please know that they may take up to 5-7 business days to build, depending on the complexity of the bag.  If I need to order materials, that could add some additional time, so please be patient with me.  I'll do my best to get your order to you as soon as I can and I will let you know as soon as it ships.

If you have any issue with your new bag, please give me an opportunity to make it right.  You will want to refer to my policies page for my return policy, but I'm always willing to hear your concerns and work with you as best I can.
